The best Outlook® add-in utility that I have come across. Now I don't have to leave Outlook® to scan the documents that I want to send. This could not be easier to use.
Extremely useful addition to Outlook®..I need the program because my daughter has just gone to work in Australia for a year but all her bank statements, mobile phone statements and various other important documents are still coming here and I needed a quick easy way to send copies of them to her. Apart from that it's an extremely useful addition to Outlook® for everyday use.
It's a real time saver... As a Defense Contractor we have to Email lots of files & dwgs. to vendors. This tool makes a difference.
After 20 to 30 emails the investment has paid for itself!
Median annual earnings of executive secretaries and administrative assistants in the United States are around $38,000. Assuming 50 work weeks of 40 hours with 60 minutes = 120,000 minutes per year.
As such one average minute costs $ 0.32 ....
Without the use of Scan & Attach, scanning, reviewing and correcting a document will take at least 2 minutes. For a lot of users however it easily takes up to 10 minutes due to the lack of routine with the scanner, its software and authoring tools and the concept of digital document formats and properties. Replace this time consuming and frustrating experience with Scan & Attach, the one click document processor for your office.
